When you purchase, you are granted a limited license to use the materials. You do not own the templates themselves.

Ownership of the materials is not transferred.

What Your Purchase Gives You

Your purchase provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates based on the license type you selected.

Individual (Personal) License

This license is for use within your own business or a single organization.

You may:

  • Edit and customize the templates for your own business
  • Use them for internal planning, documents, and presentations
  • Store copies for your own use

You may not:

  • Use the templates for client or third-party work
  • Share or distribute the files to others
  • Sell, resell, or license the templates
  • Upload them to any shared or public platform
  • Claim the templates as your own work

Consultant and Client License

You may:

  • Customize templates for multiple clients or businesses
  • Deliver completed or customized business plans to clients
  • Use the materials within your consulting or advisory work

You may not:

  • Share or provide the original editable template files to clients
  • Resell or distribute the templates themselves
  • Upload templates to any public or shared platform
  • Include them in template libraries or resell packages
  • Claim ownership of the templates or their structure

Prohibited Uses (All Licenses)

The templates may not be:

  • Resold or redistributed in any form
  • Shared with unauthorized users
  • Posted online or made publicly accessible
  • Used to create competing template products
  • Included in software, platforms, or AI training datasets

Ownership and Rights

All rights not expressly granted remain with Honest Business Plans LLC.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
